​​​​​​​​​​180 DAY REPLACEMENT PROGRAM

Hockey is a rough sport and sticks can break for numerous reasons.  We feel we make the best sticks on the market and want to keep players using the best sticks all season long.  180 days from the consumer date of purchase you can purchase a replacement stick for your broken stick for 40% off of the original price of the replacement stick regardless of how it was broken.

Important Instructions:

  • If your stick has broken for any reason other than a MANUFACTURING DEFECT you must email us a copy of your original receipt and a picture of the broken stick immediately to replacement@recklesshockey.com.  We will send you a confirmation email and instructions to pay for your replacement. 
  • Cost of the replacement is 60% of the original cost of the replacement stick.  All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the consumer.  Shipping and sales tax (where applicable) will be added as well and are also the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Broken sticks are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the nature of the break.
  • We will ship the same or equivalent model stick replacement to the address you provide. Reckless Hockey, LLC reserves the right to substitute if the requested model is not available. We must have a full mailing address as we cannot ship to P.O. Box numbers.  Again all shipping expenses are the responsibility of the consumer.
  • Please note the replacement stick(s) are not covered under the 30 day limited warranty.
  • We will not return or repair the stick/shaft/replacement blade or provide a refund.
  • ​Sticks can be replaced a maximum of five (5) times within the 180 day time period from the consumer date of purchase.
  • Clearance items are not covered by either the warranty or 180 Day replacement program.
