Brian “Cookie” Cooke is a California based Power Skating and Defense Consultant, operating under Cooke Elite Hockey. Cookie finished his youth career with LA Jr. Kings 18U AAA team, later moving on to Juniors in Phoenix (WSHL) and Boston (EJHL) where he caught the eyes of many NCAA D1 and D3 schools. He attended Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan where he was a member of the schools NCAA Div 1 hockey team. After college, Brian was invited to several training camps in the ECHL with games played at both the AA and A professional levels. After sustaining a career ending injury, Brian decided to continue his passion of growing the sport of hockey back home in Los Angeles, where he worked with the LA Kings Hockey Development department for many years. He was also able to gain a reputation as one of the top skating coaches in Southern California.
Currently, Brian is the coach for the Burbank Cougars Varsity high school club (LAKHSHL) and the Anaheim Jr. Ducks. Brian has been blessed with the opportunity to coach and mentor young hockey players from Korea, China, and most recently has been traveling to Canada and Scotland to share his passion for the game. Besides hockey, Brian also played competitive Tennis. When he’s not at the rink, Brian his pursuing his other passion in tech, where he is currently forming a couple start up companies. He is thrilled to be apart of the Reckless Hockey family!

Courtney grew up playing SCAHA hockey and playing elite girls' hockey in SoCal. She trained for five years with Tom Hughes of Tom Hughes Hockey Inc. in power. She has coached with the Bay Harbor Red Wings, Lady Ducks, and Junior Ducks, though her real passion is teaching hockey skating technique.
Courtney has an eclectic background from elementary school teaching to music theatre performing. She is always look for better more creative ways to share the game she loves so much. She, much like Reckless Hockey, lives to break boundaries and shatter expectations.
