Shipping

Free shipping is for basic/standard shipping to the continental United States only.  Items with free shipping will be fulfilled 1-3 business days. 
Expedited shipping orders placed before 12pm EST will go out the same day (if a normal business day). All orders placed after 12pm EST will be fulfilled the following business day. 

*Free shipping rates only apply to initial online purchases and excludes customized orders.  Shipping fees for replacement and warrantied sticks are the responsibility of the customer.  Extra duty placed on items after shipment is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

ALL EXCHANGES OF UNUSED HOCKEY EQUIPMENT MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT.  FOR AN ITEM TO BE CONSIDERED UNUSED IT MUST:

  • Show no scuffs, stains, dirt, or other marks that would indicate use
  • Still be in the same condition in which it was purchased

​** Please note that as the consumer you are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges. 

For all exchanges, once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. Exchanges are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the goods. 

*ALL RETURNED ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN DETERMINED TO HAVE BEEN USED WILL BE DENIED EXCHANGE.   CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING FEES FOR SENDING ITEMS BACK THAT HAVE BEEN DENIED. 

-Custom ordered sticks cannot be exchanged

Returns

ALL RETURNS OF UNUSED ITEMS MUST BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT.  FOR AN ITEM TO BE CONSIDERED UNUSED IT MUST: 

  • Show no scuffs, stains, dirt, or other marks that would indicate use
  • Still be in the same condition in which it was purchased
